I’m Josh, founder of Elemental Nomad. After more than a decade outdoor instructing and guiding across the world, I built Elemental Nomad on two core principles: reconnection through immersive outdoor experiences and community through shared experience. These values have shaped not only my own wellbeing, but how I help teams rediscover clarity, collaboration, and creativity in the wild.
